Why systems contract with Exodus

Small and mid-sized systems face the same operator-certification, reporting, and emergency-response requirements as large utilities, with a fraction of the staff. A single vacancy can put a system out of compliance. Exodus pairs certified field operators with in-house compliance and engineering support, so one accountable team handles it.

Every engagement is modular: full system management, a single operations and maintenance program, or relief coverage for specific shifts and roles.

FAQ

Questions about contract operations

Can Exodus manage our entire water or wastewater system?

Yes. We can assume full responsibility for operations, compliance, and reporting with our own certified operators and field staff.

Do you provide on-site operators or only remote support?

We provide both. Our team performs physical operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on site, supported by remote coordination and engineering oversight.

What if we only need coverage for one position?

We provide supplemental and relief operators for individual roles: chief operator coverage, shift coverage, or temporary staffing during hiring and transitions.

Cover your operator gap

Tell us your system's classification and current staffing. We will propose an Operator of Record or supplemental coverage plan. After-hours and emergency support is available for contracted systems.
